Support our maintenance team, vendors, and 3rd party contractors with clear and fast communication. Coordinating our vendors and maintenance tasks to make each request is attended to in a timely and accurate manner

Home Team is looking for an Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of part of Home Team’s portfolio. This individual will coordinate vendors and maintenance tasks/requests across our short-term rental portfolio. This role is focused exclusively on supporting vendors as they carry out their tasks & work orders across our property portfolio, ensuring timely responses, clear information, and a positive experience. The Communications Agent will handle multiple vendor conversations throughout the day and collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve vendor issues.

Compensation:

• Base Salary
  • $5-$6/hr, tracked on hours, scheduled for 40hrs/week
• Timezone/Working Hrs:
  • Timezone: EST
  • This is a full time, 8 hours / day position with breaks.
• Contract Structure
  • 1099 contractor

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to vendor messages and requests before, during, and after the process of completing work orders and maintenance requests
• Provide clear updates, information requests, and questions to vendors, and internal operations team through Breezeway task management and slack channels
• Address vendor questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with documentation process and information requests for maintenance work orders.
• Monitor and respond to time-sensitive vendor issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Coordinate internally via Slack to support vendor/work order issue resolution.
• Log vendor communications, issues, and outcomes in Guesty, Breezeway and Notion.
• Assist with reviewing vendor feedback and basic complaint resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Experience & Competencies:

• Worked with AirBNB/VRBO or another property management company in the past
• Worked with Vacation Rentals in the past
• Strong experience coordinating with vendors in relation to property management
• Great quality communicator (English)
• Confident
• Ability to manage a lot of different moving pieces
• Ability to stay calm when a lot is going on

Growth Opportunity:

Role Growth - Fast growing company - good opportunity for growth to Team Lead roles. We almost exclusively hire from within when looking for Team Lead.

Compensation Growth - We bill $7-8/hr on average for our Team Lead roles as you progress within the company
