Maintenance Operative

Job Overview

Elite Carpentry and Maintenance Ltd has been established since 2003.

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable multi-trade operative who takes pride in doing a good job and can turn their hand to a variety of work.

You’ll work across Bristol and within roughly an hour of the area, carrying out property maintenance and improvement work, as well as projects alongside new-build housing developments.

The work

A varied mix of jobs, including kitchen and bathroom fitting, carpentry, decorating, general repairs and flooring such as lino and LVT.

What you’ll bring

• Experience across multiple trades
• Your own comprehensive set of hand and power tools suitable for multi-trade work, kept in good working order
• CSCS card is preferred
• A reliable approach and pride in your workmanship
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A professional manner with customers and site teams

What’s on offer

• £35,000–£40,000 per year, depending on experience
• 8am–4pm working hours. No weekends.
• 20 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays
• Company van and fuel card supplied
