Maintenance Operator

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Education: Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines, lathes, overhead cranes, electrical panels, and cutting machines.
• Industrial electrical systems (motors, variable frequency drives, and power panels).
• Industrial mechanics (power transmission systems, bearings, lubrication, and mechanical adjustments).
• Welding robots (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, or similar brands) is desirable.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
• Safety regulations, including safety signs, safety colors, working at heights, and load handling.
• Basic knowledge of predictive maintenance.

Key Tasks

Perform corrective maintenance on CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, machining centers, and overhead cranes), as well as proper diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical failures. Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. Minimize downtime by ensuring the quick recovery of equipment. Document the basic root cause of recurring failures. Provide technical support for welding robots (inspection of axes, sensors, servo motors, teach pendants, etc.). Operate and maintain the water plant (pumps, valves, motors, electrical panels, and control systems). Execute preventive maintenance programs according to established plans. Inspect the mechanical, electrical, and safety conditions of equipment. Perform adjustments, alignments, lubrication, and component replacement. Support and perform predictive maintenance activities (vibration analysis, thermography, and electrical measurements). Record maintenance activities in logbooks or Svision software. Comply with and promote industrial safety standards, LOTO procedures, and the use of PPE. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Coordinate with the production team to carry out safe and efficient maintenance interventions. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area following 5S standards. Participate in technical and safety training programs.
