Maintenance Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be comfortable working in both commercial and industrial settings. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of projects. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all painted surfaces throughout the resort to include guest rooms, elevator doors and meeting rooms
• Ensures proper match of all paints
• Orders and Stocks all paint supplies
• Completes minor repairs to all painting projects
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a class A paint mechanic required
• Proficiency with hand tools and painting equipment.
• Knowledge of caulking techniques and surface preparation methods.
• Familiarity with drywall installation and repair processes.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
