Maintenance Laborer - Full-Time Position

The Plymouth Housing Authority is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time (40 hrs. a week 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) position of Maintenance Laborer. The Maintenance Laborer is responsible for unskilled and semi-skilled tasks in the general maintenance, repair and upkeep of equipment, buildings and facilities. Tasks to include grounds-keeping, custodial functions, snow removal, minor carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical work. Duties can call for physical exertion, timely response to after hours maintenance emergencies on a rotating basis and snow removal as necessary.

Salary will be between $33.85 to $38.52 and benefits are according to state and federal law, Board approved personnel policies and budget. PHA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
