MAINTENANCE PLANNER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical/engineering course.
• At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, beverage production, bottling, or a similar industry.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, work order management, spare parts planning, and CMMS.
• Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance planning, scheduling, monitoring, and tracking.
• Familiarity with UpKeep or similar CMMS platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems related to manufacturing and beverage production equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance reliability concepts such as MTBF, MTTR, equipment criticality, and maintenance backlog.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple maintenance activities, manage work orders, and coordinate with Maintenance, Production, Warehouse, Procurement, QA/QC, Safety, suppliers, and contractors.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
• High School diploma with relevant technical/vocational training and substantial maintenance experience may be considered.
