Great sandwiches start with great teamwork—and equipment that’s ready to roll! Kitchen Fresh Foods is looking for an organized, proactive Maintenance Planner who enjoys solving puzzles, staying ahead of problems, and having the right parts ready at the right time.

What’s on your plate?

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to keep production equipment running safely and reliably.
• Prepare work orders with clear instructions, parts, tools, and estimated labor needs.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production, Sanitation, and Quality to make the most of planned downtime.
• Keep our CMMS updated with equipment records, maintenance schedules, and completed work.
• Track parts inventory, coordinate reorders, and stage materials so technicians are ready to get to work.
• Spot recurring equipment issues and help improve maintenance plans to reduce unexpected breakdowns.
• Build food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements into every maintenance plan.

We’re looking for someone with industrial maintenance or maintenance planning experience, hands-on CMMS knowledge, and strong organizational skills. Experience in food manufacturing is a plus!

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
