• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within a multinational manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a maintenance team
• Strong technical background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Basic knowledge of food industries
• Basic knowledge for Lamination line production
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Familiarity with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles and practices
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
