ผู้จัดการแผนกซ่อมบำรุง (Maintenance Section Manager)

• Daily Maintenance Operations: Manage daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and maximum up time. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Equipment Reliability: Improve equipment reliability through preventive and reliability-based maintenance. Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintenance Optimization: Continuously improve maintenance processes to reduce downtime, increase productivity, and optimize manpower and resources using performance data.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop, implement, and continuously improve PM plans. Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production to minimize downtime and maintain equipment performance.
• Autonomous Maintenance (AM): Promote and support Autonomous Maintenance across production areas. Train and support Production teams in basic maintenance, inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
• Production Coordination: Work closely with Production teams to align maintenance activities with production requirements and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Maintenance Budget & Spare Parts: Manage and optimize the maintenance budget, including spare-parts inventory, maintenance costs, and subcontractor expenses.
• Energy Management: Monitor and improve energy efficiency of machines and equipment, including electricity, gas, and other utilities, to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering required

·         Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance field of the manufacturing business

·         Good knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, machine mechanic system

·         Excellent command both of spoken and written English and on computer literacy such as AutoCAD

·         Strong organizational and communication skills

·         Problem solving and troubleshoot as the need arises

·         Able to work at Nongkae, Saraburi
