Maintenance Specialist

About the role

Lead the maintenance team and external maintenance providers in the safe, proactive and cost-efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. Assist Maintenance in performing tasks in a timely manner to support the efficient operations of the production process and maintain records to document processes and corrective action.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and delegate maintenance tasks, based on priority of work and available staffing and skills
• Ensure and guarantee the safety of Maintenance team personnel by wearing their Personal Protective Equipment
• Coordinate maintenance activity with production schedules and coordinate maintenance scheduling with external suppliers and contractors
• Coordinate outside contractor projects and manage maintenance budget and conduct cost analyses in conjunction with the TPM/PM
• Supervise employees assigned to the Maintenance Department of repair, maintenance, and replacement installation
• Coordinate with Maintenance Global
• Ensure necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available for maintenance projects

About you

• Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and higher in related fields
• Experience in Engineering and Maintenance in managerial level require up 3 years and Background in automotive industry is preferred
• Have management skills and able to plan and set KPI for maintenance function
• Competence in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
• Strong Robotic, PLC, Electrical automation / control system knowledge
• Team Leader, able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
• IT support / IT knowledge
