What You’ll Do

Keep Equipment Running

• Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production machinery
• Troubleshoot issues fast to keep downtime low
• Repair, lubricate, and fine-tune equipment
• Support setup and selection of new equipment as we expand

Work with Systems

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Recommend efficiency-boosting improvements
• Use our CMMS to stay organized and track tasks

Prioritize Health & Safety

• Follow USDA, SQF, and GMP guidelines
• Inspect and maintain equipment through regular PMs
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace

Stay Organized & Connected

• Manage tools, spare parts, and supplies
• Log all maintenance activity accurately
• Communicate clearly with your team and leadership
