Maintenance Staff

Overview:
The building maintenance evaluates maintenance and custodial personnel for the construction, maintenance, repair, and janitorial activities for buildings and facilities. Performs administrative duties for the development and preventive maintenance programs for buildings.

• Make and troubleshoot pneumatic and circuit for car lifters, paint booths, compressors, & other equipments
• Electrical wiring and layout; includes power and control circuit, lightings, & replacement of busted lights
• Monthly monitoring and checking of lifters, paint booths, fire alarms, and fire extinguishers
• Weekly monitoring of all compressors and power generators
• Plans and schedules maintenance activities, determines the level of maintenance/repair required
