Maintenance Staff

📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, organize, and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documents.
• Encode and update preventive and corrective maintenance records.
• Monitor and file work orders, maintenance requests, and equipment-related documents.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance schedules and activities.
• Prepare reports regarding machine breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, and other maintenance activities.
• Maintain an organized filing system for maintenance documents and records.
• Assist in monitoring the issuance and usage of maintenance tools, spare parts, and supplies.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Team, Production, Purchasing, and other departments regarding maintenance requirements.
• Assist in preparing purchase requests and other documentation for maintenance materials and spare parts.
• Perform data entry and other clerical tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of maintenance-related reports.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
