Maintenance Staff

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our dynamic facilities team. Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing and appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Use hand tools and power tools for painting, plumbing repairs, and general facility upkeep.
• Maintain building interior spaces through painting, drywall repairs, and facilities maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose issues with plumbing systems; perform repairs or replacements as needed to prevent leaks or failures.
• Lead small maintenance projects or assist in larger repair initiatives while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
• Basic leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to perform residential painting and general building interior maintenance tasks effectively.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
