Maintenance Staff

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Staff member to oversee the upkeep and smooth operation of our mini-golf course and arcade. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities remain safe, functional, and inviting for guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is a self-starter, and possesses a broad range of handyman skills to handle diverse maintenance needs.

Duties

• Conduct plumbing repairs and maintenance to ensure all water systems and fixtures function properly.
• Perform electrical work including troubleshooting, repairs, and routine inspections of electrical systems.
• Maintain facilities equipment, ensuring all machinery and devices operate efficiently and safely.
• Utilize hand tools for various repair tasks around the premises.
• Carry out carpentry work such as repairs or modifications to interior structures and fixtures.
• Maintain building interiors by repairing walls, ceilings, flooring, and other surfaces as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns related to facility maintenance promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance painting to keep the environment clean, fresh, and visually appealing.
• Assist with landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas attractive and well-maintained.
• Handle general handyman duties across the property with a proactive approach.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance practices.
• Experience with facilities equipment maintenance and landscaping is preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic repair techniques.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship with attention to detail.
• Reliable with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented attitude.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
