Maintenance & Cleaning Personnel Powerhouse Premium Health Club

Powerhouse is opening a new Premium Health Club this year, and we are looking for motivated, dependable Maintenance & Cleaning Personnel to join our team.

At Powerhouse, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for our members. Our premium facilities offer complimentary towel service, high-touch customer service, and a clean, polished environment designed to meet the expectations of a discerning clientele.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and understand that cleanliness and presentation are an essential part of the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the entire health club.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, machines, weights, and high-touch surfaces throughout the day.
• Maintain spotless locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and common areas.
• Keep floors, mirrors, glass, and other club surfaces clean and presentable.
• Maintain and replenish complimentary towel stations and assist with collecting and organizing used towels.
• Empty trash and ensure all areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Respond promptly to spills, messes, and other maintenance or cleaning needs.
• Monitor the condition of facilities and report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Help maintain a premium, welcoming environment for members and guests.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, safety standards, and schedules.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Perform additional cleaning and facility-related duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning or maintenance experience.
• Previous gym, health club, hotel, resort, or hospitality cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-service environment.
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean and beautiful facility.
• Able to interact professionally and courteously with members and coworkers.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout a shift.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
