- Conduct preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other maintenance concerns
- Perform other related duties as assigned
About you
- Graduate of Technical-Vocational course, preferably Aircon Technology or Electrical
- Skills in troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry works
- Hardworking and responsible
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Hospital or facility maintenance experience is an advantage
