We currently have opportunities for both an experienced Maintenance Technician II and a Senior Maintenance Manager, giving maintenance professionals at different stages of their careers an opportunity to join our team.

Current Opportunities

Maintenance Technician II – Washington, DC
$24.90–$29.50/hour

We have Technician II opportunities at our largest community. This roles are ideal for experienced multi-trade technicians who can independently complete work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.

Typically requires 3+ years of related maintenance experience.

Senior Maintenance Manager – Frederick, MD
$38.00–$46.00/hour

Lead the maintenance operation for a large 583-unit multifamily community. This senior leadership role oversees the maintenance team, work order and turn programs, preventive maintenance, building systems, vendors, safety, inspections, and capital project execution.

We're looking for an experienced maintenance leader with 7+ years of progressive multifamily maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in maintenance leadership and experience managing a large property or portfolio.

What We're Looking For

Depending on the level of the position, successful candidates may bring:

• Multifamily, residential, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience completing apartment turns and preventive maintenance
• EPA Section 608 certification or the ability to obtain required certifications based on the position
• Experience mentoring, leading, or supervising maintenance employees for senior-level positions
• Strong resident service and communication skills
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation where required
• High school diploma or GED

Additional certifications such as OSHA 10/30, CAMT, CPO, EPA RRP/Lead-Safe, CFC Universal, NATE, RSES, or other HVAC/trade credentials are valued and may be required for certain positions.
