Qualifications:

- With experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or general repairs is preferred;
- Knowledge in basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks;
- Physically fit and able to perform maintenance duties;
- Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn;
- Good teamwork and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and respond to maintenance concerns promptly;
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays;
- Willing to work and relocate to Pagbilao, Quezon.
