Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across the property.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from students and the management team.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Ensure facilities, rooms and common areas are maintained in good condition.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work completed.
- Follow all health, safety and property procedures.
Skills:
- Knowledge of English language
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
Experience:
2- years experience
Visa, Health insurance and Accommodation will be provided by the company
Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED 2,000.00
