Maintenance Staff

MAINTENANCE STAFF

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Utility Man / Maintenance Staff who is an all-around handyman with knowledge and experience in electrical works, mechanical works, plumbing works, and general building maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• TESDA NC II Certificate in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Plumbing, or other related technical certification is an advantage
• With 3–5 years or more of experience in utility and maintenance works
• All-around handyman with experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general repair works
• Experienced in plumbing works including pipe repairs, water leaks, drainage concerns, and basic plumbing maintenance
• Physically fit and willing to perform various maintenance and utility tasks
• Responsible, hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willing to render overtime when needed
• Can start ASAP

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general repair works
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
• Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipe repairs, leak repairs, and drainage troubleshooting
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper working condition of company facilities
• Perform other duties as may assigned by superior from time to time.
