Maintenance Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry and transfer items, furniture, equipment, and materials from one room to another.
• Clean each room to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
• Sweep, mop, and remove dust from floors and surfaces.
• Arrange furniture and return items to their proper places.
• Collect and dispose of garbage properly.
• Assist in moving and organizing furniture and other equipment as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of hallways and other assigned areas.
• Ensure that rooms are clean, organized, and safe after completing the assigned tasks.
• Follow the instructions of the supervisor regarding cleaning, lifting, and moving items.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying items.
• Willing to perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Hardworking, honest, and responsible.
• Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Willing to work as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to perform other related duties when needed.
