Maintenance Staff

• Daily checking of preventive maintenance reports and other activities performed by maintenance.
• Checking and monitoring of daily attendance of maintenance personnel
• Support on documentation process such as drafting of procedure, work instruction, records, checklist and 5S labels.
• Registration of documented records and procedures including receiving and retrieving of maintenance copy and maintenance records related to repair activities.
• Support for regular updating, monitoring & compilation of maintenance records such as infrastructure trouble, notification and repair report, internal job order, inventory of infrastructures, history of vehicles and etc.
• At least 6 months experience as a staff position
• Computer literate
