Maintenance Staff

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, reliability, and safety of industrial machinery and equipment through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs.

This is a full-time, permanent position with our newest subsidiary, Asia Resources Mineral Supply Corporation, specializing in limestone mineral processing and distribution in Angat, Bulacan.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct necessary repairs.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment problems.
• Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machine operation and maintenance.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment logs.
• Ensure proper use of maintenance tools and compliance with workplace safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding equipment issues and maintenance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance and machine performance monitoring.
• Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machine operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery, maintenance tools, and safety protocols.
• Ability to minimize equipment downtime and prevent major mechanical breakdowns.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to start immediately
