Maintenance Staff

• Prepare, organize, and maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documents.
• Monitor and update inventory records and related documentation.
• Assist in document and system control activities.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and other departments as needed.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of maintenance documents.
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the department.

Qualifications

• Preferably college level or Vocational graduate
• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledgeable in document control and system control processes.
• Familiar with inventory management and inventory control systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and render overtime when necessary.
• Can start immediately.
