MAINTENANCE STAFF

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a vocational or technical course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or a related field.
• With experience in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, electrical components, and refrigeration systems.
• TESDA NC II certification in RAC Servicing is an advantage.
• Physically fit, dependable, and willing to work on shifting schedules or respond to urgent maintenance concerns.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment of multiple stores within Cebu City.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, freezers, refrigerators, and other cooling equipment.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
