Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Staff member to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing and painting, to maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying maintenance needs and executing repairs efficiently. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to facilities, ensuring all systems operate smoothly.
• Perform plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining water systems.
• Carry out maintenance painting to preserve the appearance and integrity of walls, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Inspect equipment and infrastructure regularly to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Assist with other general maintenance tasks as needed to support the overall upkeep of the property.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

Experience

• Prior experience in maintenance work, particularly in plumbing and painting, is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot common maintenance issues efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to maintenance activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
