Maintenance Staff

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for maintaining the farm’s buildings, facilities, utilities, drainage, water lines, plumbing systems, and other physical infrastructure in safe and functional condition. The position performs basic masonry and plumbing works, drives farm vehicles when authorized, transports maintenance materials and personnel as assigned, and supports preventive and corrective maintenance activities while strictly following farm biosecurity, safety, and operational procedures.

Qualification:

• High School/Senior High School graduate.
• With driving experience; farm maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, masonry, and maintenance tools.
• Physically fit, reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
• Willing to stay-in and follow strict farm biosecurity procedures; must not own or have regular contact with pigs/swine.
• Willing to be assigned in Aloguinsan, Cebu (Stay-in).
