We are seeking a proactive and skilled experienced Maintenance Staff member to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment by performing a wide range of repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building interior systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment using schematics, ohmmeters, and other hand tools to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Conduct HVAC system repairs, including filter replacements, ductwork adjustments, and troubleshooting of heating and cooling units.
• Carry out plumbing system maintenance and repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures to maintain water flow and safety.
• Utilize welding skills for metal repairs or fabrication as needed to support facility infrastructure.
• Maintain facilities equipment by performing maintenance painting, carpentry work, and general repairs to building interiors.
• Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs efficiently.
• Use hand tools, electrical testing devices, and other maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Support maintenance painting projects for residential or commercial spaces to enhance appearance and protect surfaces.
• Lead or assist with maintenance operations related to facilities equipment upkeep in compliance with safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), or similar roles with hands-on technical skills.
• Strong knowledge of electrical work, plumbing systems, HVAC systems repair, carpentry, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and use tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment repair, plumbing system maintenance & repair, HVAC system troubleshooting & repair.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with experience working with hand tools and electrical equipment is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration with team members or clients.
• Leadership qualities that enable guiding junior staff or coordinating maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Certification or experience in using programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus but not mandatory.
