Maintenance Staff PM

Position Overview: Maintain building, machinery and utilities; ensure proper PM is performed on machinery as scheduled. Open communication with management.

Essential Job Functions:.

Responsible for performing equipment PM during the off shift.

Employee coordinates PM work around production schedules and performs scheduled work when equipment becomes available.

Responsibilities include Greasing, oiling, mechanical adjustments, reporting any major needs, and cleaning and maintaining the machine as the same manor when it was delivered to MWW,

Other responsibilities include noting supplies to be ordered in regard to PM.

Keep inspections and required paperwork up to date and documented

Complete assigned work orders and document repairs.

Assist with equipment installation and machine changeovers as required.

Must be able to work independently, follow the established PM schedule without continuous supervision, accurately document completed work, and identify/escalate equipment conditions requiring additional repair

Education and Experience:

· Mechanical Background with industrial machines

· Must be independent and self-motivated

· principles

Pay: $17.00 per hour
