Maintenance Staff (Production)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating and adhering to a schedule of regular inspections, servicing, and repairs to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Developing standardized maintenance procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
• Continuously monitoring and refining maintenance processes to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Implementing measures to prevent defects in products and processes, such as implementing poka-yoke (mistake-proofing) devices.
• Integrating quality control measures into maintenance activities to ensure that equipment is maintained to the required standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from High School, Vocational or Technical College.
• Knowledge in Trouble shooting in Electronic PCB, Mechanical and Electrical
• Knowledge to conduct preventive maintenance of CNC Machine Milling and Lathe Machine
• With good working attitude/ can follow instruction by Superior
• Can work under pressure
• Willing to work in shifting schedule and render overtime as needed
• Willing to do flexible job as needed by operations
