Part-Time Maintenance / Landscaping / Handyman

Long-Term Position | Experienced Applicants Only

We are seeking a dependable, experienced Maintenance / Landscaping / Handyman professional for a long-term, part-time position.

This is an ongoing position for someone who takes pride in keeping a property well maintained, notices what needs attention without having to be constantly directed, and is comfortable handling a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance projects.

Responsibilities May Include:

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Landscaping, trimming, pruning and property cleanup
• Weed control and maintaining landscaped areas
• Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
• Minor carpentry and repairs
• Painting and touch-up work
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Hanging, mounting and installing fixtures or shelving
• Minor door, hardware and furniture repairs
• Identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems
• Keeping work areas, tools and maintenance spaces clean and organized
• Other light handyman and property-improvement projects as needed

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous professional maintenance, landscaping, construction or handyman experience
• Is comfortable working independently
• Can troubleshoot and find practical solutions
• Is reliable and shows up when scheduled
• Works carefully and takes pride in the finished result
• Understands how to use common hand and power tools safely
• Can prioritize projects without requiring constant supervision
• Has reliable transportation
• Is looking for a stable, long-term part-time position

This is not an entry-level position. Experience is required.

We are especially interested in someone with a broad range of skills rather than expertise in only one trade. You do not need to be a licensed contractor, electrician or plumber, but you should know your limits and recognize when a project requires a licensed professional.

Schedule

Part-time, ongoing. Hours may vary depending on maintenance needs and current projects.
