About The Role At CSR Hebel, we're recognised for manufacturing high-performance building solutions with a focus on safety, quality, and innovation. Located in Somersby on the Central Coast, our site is gearing up for a significant phase of growth with a major shutdown planned later this year and exciting capital projects on the horizon.

  • Support and contribute to capital works, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement
  • Manage and track maintenance activities using SAP or other CMMS platforms
  • Ensure compliance with WHSE standards and permit-to-work systems

About You You're a strong and supportive leader with a passion for getting the best from your team.

  • Mechanical or Electrical trade qualifications (fitter, boilermaker, etc.) – engineering degree highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a maintenance leadership role, supervising trade teams, ideally within heavy industry or manufacturing
  • Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment and mechanical systems
  • Previous background in preventive and reliability-based maintenance practices
  • Experience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred), planning/scheduling, and contractor management
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset with solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively

Why Join CSR?

  • Collaborative, supportive leadership with an open-door policy.
  • Career growth opportunities within a leading national business.
  • Strong work-life balance, with a supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Rewarding career with on-the-job learning, development, and upskilling opportunities within and across our brands
  • Supportive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and inclusion. You'll be surrounded by talented colleagues who are passionate about their work and committed to helping each other succeed.
