MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - ASAP!

Maintenance Supervisor | $85-90,000

A well knows e-commerce retail company is urgently looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who knows how to troubleshoot equipment, lead from the floor, and keep a high-volume distribution operation moving.

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
• Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, controls, and material-handling equipment.
• Drive preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and rapid response to breakdowns and downtime.
• Champion safe maintenance practices while working closely with Operations to maintain productivity and equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; electrical certificate preferred.
• 3-5 years of industrial, distribution center, conveyor, or equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge, including 480V three-phase, 120V, and 24V DC systems .
• Experience with conveyor/sortation systems, motors, belts, pulleys, gearboxes, electrical schematics, HMI, PLC, and VFD systems.
• Previous experience leading, training, or providing technical direction to maintenance technicians.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and decisive when responding to equipment downtime.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, approximately 1 PM-9 PM

Compensation: $85-90,000

Experience: 3-5 years of industrial/distribution maintenance experience preferred, including strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
