Maintenance Supervisor / Automation Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / Automation Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at SUNGROW DEVELOPERS (THAILAND) CO.,LTD.' in Chonburi. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our equipment and systems.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and supervise maintenance activities for robotic and automated machinery in the production line.
2. Plan and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
3. Perform root cause analysis for machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot robot systems, PLC, servo motors, sensors, and automation control systems.
5. Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
6. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve machine performance and production efficiency.
7. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for maintenance activities.
8. Support installation, commissioning, and improvement of new machines and automation projects.
9. Prepare and maintain maintenance documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
10. Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and quality systems.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in robot or automation maintenance in manufacturing industry
3. Experience in leading a maintenance team is preferred
4. Knowledge of: Industrial Robots (ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, etc.) PLC Programming Servo motors, inverters, pneumatic systems, and sensors
5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
6. Good communication skills in English
7. Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
