What they need
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With experience in maintenance supervision, logistics, and equipment tracking
- Knowledgeable in logistics coordination and monitoring of equipment and asset movements
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance personnel
- Able to coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and project teams
- Responsible for implementing preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitors equipment status, usage, and movement for proper tracking
- Prepares maintenance reports, schedules, and documentation
- Ensures compliance with company maintenance standards and procedures
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
