WE ARE HIRING: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a responsible, experienced, and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with strong expertise in automotive and motorpool operations.

If you’re skilled in vehicle maintenance, fleet management, and team supervision and ready to take charge, we want you on our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Industrial Technology, or any related course.

Preferably with at least 2–3 years of experience in maintenance supervision.

Must have experience in Motorpool Management and Vehicle Maintenance.

Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance of:

Company vehicles

Motorcycles

Trucks and service vehicles

Mechanical equipment

Able to diagnose basic vehicle and equipment problems.

Experience coordinating with mechanics, technicians, contractors, and suppliers.

Knowledgeable in preparing maintenance schedules, job orders, inspection reports, and repair records.

Familiar with monitoring vehicle registration, PMS schedules, repairs, spare parts, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenses.

With good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Can supervise mechanics and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Must be responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

With a valid Driver’s License and able to drive motorcycles, 4-wheel vehicles, and trucks up to 10-wheelers is an advantage.

Willing to perform fieldwork when necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise the daily activities of the Maintenance/Motorpool Team.

Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for company vehicles.

Monitor the condition, repair, and maintenance of all company vehicles.

Ensure all vehicles undergo scheduled PMS, oil changes, inspections, and necessary repairs.

Coordinate vehicle repairs with mechanics, service centers, and suppliers.

Monitor spare parts, tools, tires, batteries, lubricants, and other motorpool supplies.

Maintain updated records of vehicle repairs, maintenance history, registration, insurance, and other documents.

Monitor fuel usage and identify unusual vehicle maintenance or operating expenses.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for major vehicle epair and maintenance requirements.

Ensure proper use, safekeeping, and accountability of maintenance tools and equipment.

Prepare regular maintenance and motorpool reports for management.

Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Management.

Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
