Job Summary:

Avir at Brownwood is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our facilities in Brownwood, TX. As a Maintenance Supervisor with Avir at Brownwood, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Identify and prioritize maintenance tasks, allocating resources and personnel as needed to achieve efficient and effective maintenance operations
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
• Collaborate with facility management to integrate maintenance activities with other facility operations, ensuring seamless and efficient operation
• Participate in budgeting and cost control efforts, ensuring maintenance operations are conducted within budget parameters
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating pricing and services to ensure optimal value
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members to improve skills and productivity

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality
