What they need
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance personnel and external contractors
- Implement and oversee Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs for critical hospital infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and backup generators
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with healthcare safety standards and accreditation requirements
- Coordinate immediate troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for technical and emergency concerns
- Monitor maintenance supplies and spare parts inventory
- Assist in departmental budgeting and resource planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field (preferred)
- Licensed Engineer is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance
- Strong understanding of hospital utilities, medical gas systems, and building automation systems
- Excellent leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance programs and healthcare safety standards
