Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance works.
• Coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gypsum, painting and other maintenance works.
• Inspect sites and identify maintenance requirements.
• Manage technicians and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure work is completed on time and according to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers when required.
• Handle maintenance issues and ensure timely completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance and interior works.
• Good knowledge of MEP and interior works.
• Strong team supervision and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• UAE experience preferred
