Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and machinery optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety standards and lean maintenance practices is an advantage.
