Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of contractors involved in maintenance.

• Ensure all work is performed in line with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Oversee and monitor the proper execution of the Maintenance Program (MP) according to Cargill Job Aid.

• Maintain equipment and systems to minimize downtime and maximize performance.

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to uphold compliance with safety protocols.

• Provide training to team members by sharing knowledge and experience, especially in PM/PDM programs.

• Contribute to the development of departmental budgets and ensure adherence to cost-control measures.

• Assist in troubleshooting complex issues and deliver solutions for operational improvements.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Assistant, preferable in palm oil mill.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
