Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work on a contract basis. The role involves overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring equipment functionality within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks.

• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

• Develop and enforce maintenance schedules to comply with safety and operational standards.

• Coordinate with production teams to align maintenance activities with manufacturing schedules.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in supervising maintenance teams in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems relevant to equipment maintenance.

• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics for troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance in a production environment.
