About the Business:

An exciting opportunity has presented with one of QLD's longest standing award winning residential home builders with their own land to ensure they are sustained and secure. Specialising in detached estate based housing they have been recognised as an employer of choice!

About the Role!

Currently an opportunity exists for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the business in a new role as one of 2 Maintenance Supervisors.

Reporting to a Warranty Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance inspections on new homes through the 12 month warranty period
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to complete works
• Coordinate bookings and completion of maintenance jobs
• Provide reports and inspection findings through to management

What we're looking for:

• Trade Qualification, Carpentry or Painting advantageous

• Experience in residential building

• Good understanding of Australian building standards

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of time management and organisation skills

• Excellent attitude and work ethic
