Job Description – Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities of the hotel.

• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.

• Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work.

• Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily duties.

• Monitor and maintain maintenance records and service schedules.

• Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required.

• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

• Assist in maintaining uninterrupted hotel operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel Maintenance.

• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.

• Ability to supervise and coordinate a maintenance team.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
