Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced working supervisor to perform general maintenance and coordinate with the rest of the team by completing work orders, unit turns, groundskeeping, and on-call requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly by responding to tenants' various maintenance requests
• Cooperate with team members to get vacant units ready for new tenants
• Maintain the cleanliness of the property through routine basic groundskeeping
• Perform duties involving painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, light electrical work, and servicing appliances
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests at least one week out of each month
• Perform routine building inspections to ensure the property remains in compliance with local codes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance, service technician, or similar experience strongly preferred
• Driver's License and reliable transportation required
• CPO License (preferred)
• Strong verbal communication (English)

Compensation & Benefits

• $25 per hour starting pay (exact rate based on skills and experience)
• 3 paid sick days per year
