Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure all work is carried out efficiently and according to schedule
• Assign and monitor tasks for technicians to ensure quality and timely completion
• Ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly to support smooth operations
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance to maintain a safe working environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for tracking and planning purposes

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environment
• Basic supervisory or leadership skills
• Strong troubleshooting and technical knowledge
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
