Maintenance Leader
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure reliability and safe operation of all industrial equipment
- Improve efficiency of equipment and processes
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance systems
- Manage repairs and installations
- Lead, guide, and mentor maintenance team
- Being a role model for safety, positive morale, and strong work ethic
Requirements include:
- Experience managing maintenance department
- Proven problem solving skills
- Familiar with PLCs and automated
- Manufacturing Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
