We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of facilities maintenance teams, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
• Manage maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and high-voltage equipment using schematics and engineering troubleshooting techniques
• Oversee the use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule work orders, track maintenance history, and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies; conduct regular safety audits and training sessions
• Diagnose issues using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices; perform troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems
• Develop and manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs while adhering to project management best practices
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs; prepare reports for management review
• Lead efforts in managing facilities maintenance teams by providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience managing facilities maintenance teams in an industrial or commercial environment
• Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), and mechanical equipment
• Strong understanding of maintenance repair procedures including schematics reading and engineering troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and implementing safety protocols within a facilities management context
• Experience with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping
• Knowledge of electrical testing tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters; ability to troubleshoot both low voltage and high voltage electrical issues
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English; capable of producing detailed reports and instructions confidently
• Supervising experience in managing facilities maintenance teams with a focus on safety regulations and operational efficiency
