MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• Leadership and Management: Supervise and direct engineering and maintenance teams, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of factory buildings, equipment, utilities, implement and coordinate implementation of a Preventive Maintenance schedule.
• Engineering Projects: Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects, such as equipment upgrades, renovations, and new installations, new technology and techniques implementation.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and management, to achieve common goals.

Qualification :

• Minimum S1 in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor / Senior Maintenance Engineer or similar roles.
• Preferable industry : Manufacture
• Strength in both Electrical and Mechanical.
• Experience with engineering civil projects such as renovations.
• Certified in essential Engineering functions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship and team-building abilities
• Candidates must be willing to work in Semarang.
